Underground copper wiring ripped out in Birchip

BIRCHIP Community Leisure Centre (BCLC) has reportedly had a brazen criminal theft that has occurred on the pumps at the stormwater dam that water all the sporting fields with both recycled water and GWM rural pipeline water.
