St Arnaud man arrested after weapons, ammunition and 'white powder' found in home search
Following an investigation into a burglary that occurred locally last Sunday evening, he will also face alleged charges related to that crime.

A ST Arnaud man will face court following his arrest when police found illegal weapons and ammunition in his home
St Arnaud police went to a residential property on Canterbury Street, St Arnaud on Tuesday morning after a report of a potential trespasser.
The 29-year-old man was found inside the home.
During a search, police allegedly found a knife and cartridge ammunition, and a firearm with additional ammunition in his belongings along with bags of white powder.
He was taken to St Arnaud Police Station and charged with 11 offences including alleged firearms, ammunition, burglary, trespass and bail offences.
Following an investigation into a burglary that occurred locally last Sunday evening, he will also face alleged charges related to that crime.
The man has been kept in custody and will appear before the St Arnaud Magistrates Court at a later date.
"Those who do the wrong thing, you will eventually be caught and face the consequences of your actions," St Arnaud police said.
