St Arnaud golfers celebrate successful championship series

Silver division was won by Brenda Proctor 279 from Marilyn Knights 287 and Jenny Lanyon 289. Bronze division was won by Alison Fahey 293 from Mary Elliott 324.

THE final round of the championships didn’t produce any surprises with the leaders of both divisions holding their lead.

Silver division was won by Brenda Proctor 279 from Marilyn Knights 287 and Jenny Lanyon 289. Bronze division was won by Alison Fahey 293 from Mary Elliott 324.

Alison took out the Norfolk aggregate with 224 from Brenda 234. Winner of the day was Alison with 92/23 69 nett from Marilyn Knights 94/18 76 nett.

Nearest the pins - 6th and 18th Jenny Lanyon and IGA 8th Glenda O’Neill. The club went to The Lamb and Vine for afternoon tea to celebrate.
