‘No Water No Life’ says community to Parks Victoria
NO Water No Life’ is the sign painted on the spillway between the Upper Teddington Reservoir (in the Kara Kara National Park) and the Lower Teddington Dam (the Stuart Mill Water Supply) and it sits as an indictment on Parks Victoria and a mantra from those that love Teddington Reservoir and the Kara Kara National Park on what water in the Upper Teddington Reservoir means to them.
