More than just a birthday for Active4Life
The team celebrated the program’s second birthday in style last Friday with goodies and a little bit of movement of course.

ACTIVE for Life is so much more than “Friday morning chair exercises”.
And for two years now, the team at St Arnaud Physiotherapy have been working to get that message across.
The team celebrated the program’s second birthday in style last Friday with goodies and a little bit of movement of course.
“For us, Active for Life is more than just exercise, it’s about being a supportive group providing a sense of belonging, a life line for those feeling lonely, a relaxed space to tell jokes, laugh and have fun,” director Johanna Medlyn said.
“We all had a great time celebrating how far we’ve come in these two years.
“People like Monique Tillig, who has facilitated A4L andprovides a reliable, constant presence to our beautiful participants, sharing their wins and offering a comforting ear to anyone who needs it. We feel lucky to live and work in such a beautiful community.”
The program is supported by Northern Grampians Shire Council’s Kim Birthisel.
