Memories of The Queen’s Coronation
THERE are still some of us around that have first-hand memories of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953, which was ground-breaking in its own right as it was the first ever to be televised.
Mrs Marilyn Knights unearthed these treasures that were some of those souvenirs which her parents bought for her when she was a young girl.
