IN BRIEF: ABC set to come back, mental health materials coming
A few things we didn't want you to miss.

ABC to be back this week
COMMUNITIES in the fire-affected Bendigo region can expect ABC TV and radio services to be gradually restored from the end of next week, following an assessment of damage at the Mount Alexander transmission site.
Working with transmission provider BAI, the site has now been assessed for equipment damage as conditions eased and access to the site became possible in the past 24 hours.
Both radio and television services are expected to be back on air by late next week, however services may be at a reduced quality for several more weeks.
Mental health materials
A REMINDER that St Arnaud and district residents will soon start receiving a suite of easy-to-navigate mental health resources detailing where and how to access support in the region and beyond.
Magnets and postcards featuring contact details for a mix of local, state, national, in-person and online service providers will be mailed to all St Arnaud and district households in January.
The resources also detail the importance of seeking help early and checking in with mates.
People can follow local health and wellbeing group Authentic Conversations on Facebook for updates.
