Franks Fugs takes home win in bowls mini comp

They played a great game of bowls against the Piggy Blinders, represented by Simon Elliott (s), Nick Birthisel, Tyson Johns and Luke Reyne.

Franks Fugs, made up of Neil Robinson, Nathan Ezard, Jason Abbott (s) and Merv Evans (pictured), took out top prize in the grand final of the St Arnaud Country Club bowls mini pennant competition.

They played a great game of bowls against the Piggy Blinders, represented by Simon Elliott (s), Nick Birthisel, Tyson Johns and Luke Reyne.

The Fugs got off to a great start, were never headed and proved to be the more consistent and to go on and win the final.

Organisers would like to thank Bill Rodger, and Leon Lynch for organising the teams and running the nights throughout the season. As well as all the supporters and people who helped with food, setting up and more.
