Crew’s coach clocks in at 40 years

A BELOVED member of the Beazley’s Bridge Fire Brigade has been recognised for his dedication to taking youngsters to the top of their competitive game.
Barry Wiseman has been coaching fire brigades in their quest to take home many accolades from CFA competitions and other events for more than 40 years.
“Across four decades he has dedicated countless hours to training juniors and seniors, mentoring young members, and helping keep the CFA competition tradition strong in our region,” Diane Wiseman said.
“Barry is a well-known and respected member of the local community and has been heavily involved with the CFA for many years.
“Reaching 40 years of volunteer coaching is a remarkable milestone and something we felt deserved to be recognised.”
Mr Wiseman was presented a plaque at the CFA demonstrations in Maryborough on March 15.
