Council accused of inactivity by ‘kicking the can down the road’
THE frustration was palpable by the Women Councillors of the Northern Grampians Shire Council (NGSC) at the council meeting of Monday 3rd June, this time at Northern Grampians being one of only a few Victorian Councils who are not signatories to the Victorian Government’s Gender Charter.
