Council makes inroads to improving community consultation and engagement says survey
NORTHERN Grampians Shire Council (NGSC) has released the results for this year’s Community Satisfaction Survey and they show that although community satisfaction is on the rise in all areas, except for Council Direction, which remains static with a score of 49, performance is still significantly down in comparison with state-wide councils and small rural councils.
