Angry Kayaker delivers ultimatum to Parks Victoria
CARY Sandell, who promotes water safety and paddling as a fun sport, is vowing to withdraw his support to Parks Victoria on Clean Up Australia Day if they persist with their project to decommission the Upper Teddington Reservoir.
